Ambiente de rebelião na Media Nova

Estalou-se no grupo Media Nova, um ambiente de “alta tensão” associado a focos da crise financeira que a empresa passou a viver nos últimos tempos. O clima de tensão é acompanhado por reações de alguns funcionários que ameaçam paralizar as suas actividades pelo facto da Media Nova não pagar as contas de uma empresa que gere o refeitório da TV Zimbo (onde todos sãos obrigados a fazerem as refeições).

Crise financeira na empresa do general “Kopelipa”

Esta segunda feira (20), os trabalhadores foram informados de que o refeitório estaria apenas aberto para aqueles que têm dinheiro para pagar a refeição a vista. (O sistema de senha foi dispensado). Em reação, os trabalhadores da TV Zimbo paralisaram as suas actividades durante o período da tarde deste dia. A direcção da TV foi obrigada a substituir os programas que seriam emitidos, (Neste caso o programa Zimbando) com a apresentação de duas películas.

O PCA, João Van-Dunem terá conseguido resolver o problema do refeitório liquidando a divida com a empresa gestora do espaço (Há previsão de as coisas poderem retomar a normalidade, quanto a refeição, esta Terça-feira 21).

Duas versões concorrem a compreensão da crise financeira que o grupo Media Nova vive. A primeira versão é associada a dividas contraídas pelo então PCA, Álvaro Torres enquanto que a outra alega que um dos accionistas terá retirado a sua participação no grupo.

Sinais prenunciadores da crise financeira:

- O Director de programas da TV Zimbo, Galliano Silva, foi a cerca de três meses intimado a deixar o apartamento no Talatona que lhe foi “emprestado” como parte da proposta de trabalho. Sugerem que alugue um “menos caro”, algures em Luanda.

- Os funcionários do Semanário O PAÍS, só receberam este mês o salário correspondente ao mês de Julho.

- Os funcionários da gráfica Damer, paralisaram as suas actividades há 15 dias atrás exigindo aumento salarial. (A única publicação que poderá sair este final de semana será o semanário econômico porque foi fechado no Domingo por causa do seu aniversário que será comemorado esta semana.) Tem apenas duas páginas aberta e a maior parte do jornal já se encontra na gráfica.

- Os funcionários dos órgãos de comunicação social do grupo que haviam se deslocado para o interior do país ou exterior em reportagem foram barbaramente descontados, os valores que receberam como subsídios de viagem. Os mesmos estão endividados até final do ano. (Estão a ser descontados de forma parcial.)
