Este é o estado em que a policia politica do regime do mpla (sinfo) liderado pelo Sr. José Eduardo dos Santos, munidos de metralhadoras do tipo AKM e radio de comunicação, deixou o Secretario Nacional para a Organização e Quadros do PADEPA, o Dr. Sudikila José Bernardo, filho desta terra, pertencente a etnia Bacongo agredido a coronhadas na cabeça no dia 27 de Junho de 2007, cujos atentados culminaram com o recebimento de duas viaturas de marca TOYOTA LAND CRUISER adquiridas recentemente na TOYOTA de Angola em primeira mão, sendo uma recebida a delegação proveniente da provincia do Zaire, as 18h45 e a outra a Delegação proveniente da provincia do Uige três horas depois. As referidas delegações deslocaram-se aquelas provincias no âmbito da campanha nacional de recolha da assinaturas sobre os genocidos cometidos pelo regime do mpla contra os quimbundos em 27 de Maio de 1977, contra os ovimbundos em 1992 e contra os bacongos em 1993 (sexta-feira Sangrenta), que serão entregues ao Tribunal Penal Internacional.
