Le Front de Libération de l'Enclave du Cabinda, FLEC, vient à travers ce communiqué dénoncer devant la communauté internationale, le recrutement des éléments des Forces Armées Congolaise par l'Armée Angolaise et leurs utilisation comme guide dans la chasse aux cabindais le long des zones de la frontière du Cabinda avec la RDC et dans les forêts cabindaises, profitant de leurs connaissances des zones environnantes pour prendre les forces armées cabindaises de revers et, ouvrant ainsi la voie a divers violations contre les réfugiés civils désamés et abandonné par le HCR, et tenons a préciser que les embuscades des FAC-Unifié contre les troupes de la coalition néocoloniale angolo-russo-cabaine, n'ont jamais évolué hors des frontières du territoire du Cabinda contre un gouvernement légal.
Le FLEC n'abusera jamais de l'hospitalité du peuple congolais et remercie les autorités de ce pays d'avoir permis aux Cabindais de trouver une terre d'asile chez eux.
Entre-temps, faire croire à l'opinion congolaise et internationale que les Cabindais particepent au désordre en RDC est un précédent qui vise à préparer le terrain pour un massacre en masse des réfugiés Cabindais ou leur expulsion de force, selon le désir des autorités angolaises qui ne cesse de manipuler l'opinion sur les réalités de la situation dans le territoire du Cabinda et, par conséquent faire taire les revendications légitimes du peuple Cabindais.
Le FLEC prendra à témoin la Communauté Internationale sur tout ce qui arrivera aux réfugiés Cabindais dans le Bas Congo et sur toute l'étendue du territoire de la RDCongo.
Le Peuple Cabindais ne demande que d'être protégé.
